• For orders under $450, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• We ship using DHL Express, and orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

• We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
• Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, in order to be eligible for a return.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• You must have a video call with customer support so we can approved or deny your return request, this is to analyze the swimwear and study the case deeper.

To return an item:

1. Please contact us at ------ to request a return authorization number (RAN).
2. Once you have received your RAN, please pack the item securely and include the RAN in the package.
